Gut issues, sleepless nights,
and feeling completely overwhelmed?

Discover a more holistic approach to digestion, restorative sleep, and

navigating stress through AyurVeda, modern health practices, and Life Coaching.

A more personalized path to well-being

Have you noticed that foods you once enjoyed no longer agree with you, or like your digestion is unpredictable? Perhaps a full night’s sleep feels out of reach, or you wake up already feeling depleted. Maybe the stress of everyday life seems to follow you everywhere, leaving you overwhelmed, tense, or struggling to find a moment of genuine rest.

You’ve changed your diet, tried different approaches, or spent hours searching for answers. Perhaps you’ve found things that help a little, but you’re still not feeling the way you’d like to.

Your digestion, sleep, and stress deserve more than another generic list of tips. Your experiences, daily habits, individual needs, and goals are worth looking at together.

What Could Feeling Better Look Like for You?

Everyone comes to this work with different experiences, challenges, and goals.

When digestion is uncomfortable, sleep is disrupted, and stress feels constant, even the simplest parts of your day can become more difficult than they need to be.

This work brings AyurVeda, modern integrative health, and life coaching together to explore a more personalized approach to your well-being. One that considers the bigger picture of how you feel, how you live, and what you need.

A calmer, more focused mind. Navigate everyday stress with greater awareness, create space to think clearly, and feel less consumed by overwhelm.

More consistent energy. Explore the patterns and daily habits that influence how you feel throughout the day and identify ways to better support your energy.

More restful nights. Develop routines and explore practices that support your sleep, helping you approach your days feeling more rested.

More comfortable digestion. Explore holistic approaches to digestive well-being when bloating, gas, heartburn, or unpredictable digestion make everyday life uncomfortable.

Hormonal well-being. Explore how your needs may shift through different life stages, including menstrual cycles and hormonal transitions, andidentify supportive practices that align with your individual needs.

Feeling more at home in your body. Develop a deeper understanding of your needs and build daily practices that support a more comfortable, connected relationship with yourself.

Why take an integrated approach?

Your health and well-being doesn’t exist in separate compartments.

The way you feel physically, the quality of your sleep, the demands of your daily life, and how you navigate stress can all influence your experience of well-being. Yet when you’re looking for answers, it’s easy to end up addressing one concern at a time without stepping back to consider the bigger picture.

This is where an integrated approach offers a different perspective.

AyurVeda brings a unique, whole-person perspective to daily rhythms, lifestyle, and individualized well-being.

Modern health practices offer contemporary perspectives on health, sleep, digestion, and the factors that can influence how you feel.

Life coaching creates space to explore your goals, recognize patterns, navigate challenges, provide accountability, and translate insights into meaningful changes in everyday life.

Together, these approaches inform a more personalized way of exploring your well-being. One that considers not only what you’re experiencing, but also your individual needs, circumstances, and goals.

Rather than adding another set of rules to follow, the intention is to help you develop a more thoughtful understanding of your needs and explore practices that make sense for your life.

This may not be the right fit for you if...

You’re comfortable with your current approach and aren’t looking to make changes. There’s nothing wrong with deciding that now isn’t the time to explore something different. This program is designed for people who are curious about their current patterns and open to exploring new ways of supporting their well-being. If you’re not looking to make changes or examine your current approach, this may not be the right time.

You’re looking primarily for information rather than individualized guidance. If your main goal is to gather more articles, tips, protocols, or general wellness advice, you may find other resources better suited to your needs. This program is designed to help you explore what is relevant to your circumstances and translate insights into a personalized approach.

You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. This is a four-month process that involves reflection, experimentation, and ongoing participation. It isn’t a downloadable plan or a prescribed set of steps intended to work the same way for everyone.

You strongly prefer in-person support. The format of your support matters. If meeting face-to-face is essential to your experience, I encourage you to honor that preference and find a practitioner whose services meet your needs.

You need a level of support beyond this program’s scope. This program is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or addiction treatment. If you’re experiencing significant difficulty functioning in daily life, an acute mental health crisis, or an active addiction that requires specialized support, please seek appropriate professional care. Depending on your circumstances, wellness coaching may be a complementary option alongside appropriate care, when suitable.

You’re not able to make space for yourself. You’ll need time for our sessions, reflection, and engagement with the practices or changes we explore together. You don’t need endless free time, but you’ll need some capacity to participate in the process.

You’re unwilling to take action. We’ll explore what’s happening, identify patterns, clarify your goals, and consider a path forward. But insight alone isn’t the entire process. Meaningful change asks for participation, experimentation, and a willingness to take steps, even when those steps feel unfamiliar or imperfect.

You’re looking for a guarantee of a specific outcome. I can’t responsibly promise a particular result. Your experience will depend on many factors, including your individual circumstances, health, resources, and participation. What I can offer is a thoughtful, individualized process, a collaborative space to explore what matters to you, and guidance as you work toward your goals.

This may be for you if...

You want a more integrated perspective on your well-being. You’re interested in exploring how AyurVeda, modern integrative health perspectives, and life coaching can inform your personal journey. You value a thoughtful approach that considers your individual circumstances, daily routines, goals, and the broader context of your life.

You’re tired of trying to piece everything together on your own. You’ve gathered information, explored different approaches, and perhaps tried advice that worked for someone else but didn’t quite fit your life. You’re ready to move beyond collecting information and explore what may be relevant to your individual needs.

You’re ready to be an active participant in your own growth. You don’t expect someone else to do the work for you, but you value having a knowledgeable, supportive person alongside you. You’re open to asking questions, examining familiar patterns, trying new approaches, and learning from the process.

You value personalized, collaborative support. You want to explore what is appropriate for your needs, what feels sustainable in your life, and what genuinely aligns with your goals and values. You’re looking for a collaborative relationship in which your experiences matter and the process is tailored to you, not the person someone else thinks you should be.

You’re curious about what’s possible for you. You have a willingness to explore, a desire to move forward, and an openness to discovering a different way of approaching your health, well-being, and life.

You’re ready to invest in yourself. Not just financially, but through your time, attention, and participation.

You’re willing to give the process time. You’re looking for more than just a quick fix. You understand that meaningful change isn’t always linear. You’re open to a four-month journey that includes focused sessions, time to integrate what you’ve explored, and opportunities to adjust as you learn more about yourself.

A Thoughtful Approach to the Whole of You

I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate challenges, discover new perspectives, and explore possibilities for their well-being. What began as something I did simply because I cared about it eventually became the foundation of my professional path.

That desire led me to pursue a Master of Science in AyurVeda and Integrative Medicine, building on my background in psychology and experiences supporting people in behavioral health settings. My life coaching training has further shaped how I approach my work: with curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person’s individual experience.

Today, I bring these perspectives together to help people explore their digestive well-being, sleep, stress, and daily habits within the broader context of their lives.

My approach isn’t about handing you another list of things you should be doing. It’s about taking the time to understand your circumstances, explore what matters to you, and work together toward a more thoughtful, individualized approach to your well-being.

You don’t have to arrive with everything figured out.

Let’s have a conversation about what you’re experiencing, what you’re looking for, and whether my approach is a good fit for your needs.
