Veda Balance makes every attempt to protect its site visitors and clients personal information and confidentiality. At no time will any personal data be sold, traded, or rented to a third party.
Data Collection
Veda Balance itself does not collect any of your personal data upon visiting this site. Anonymized tracking data that is provided through Google Analytics is used that conforms to the privacy law of the European Union. Please consider adding a “Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on” if you wish for this anonymous data from being collected. The data collected from ranges from the number of page views to the number of clicks a certain page has received, all of which can support user experience.
Should you opt to message through the contact form or email the provided email, any information sent (such as: name, email, and so forth) can and may be saved indefinitely to ensure consistent, continued support by Veda Balance. At no time is any information submitted utilized for marketing purposes without the explicit consent of the individual. Please ensure that you are content with the information being sent through these mediums, email and the contact form, as they are not HIPAA compliant.
Acuity Scheduling is used to book all consultation types and is in accordance with the HIPAA Security Rule. When scheduling through this site, personal information is needed in order to complete your booking. Information such as your name, phone number, email, details related to your appointment, and any forms uploaded will be collected. Said information may be shared with the scheduling software in order to be able to use their software. The information that is collected through intake forms is designed to support health and wellness, in order to get a holistic view. Please note that there are no guarantees that are made through providing accurate or inaccurate information. The information in these forms are not shared with any other provider/(s) or individual/(s). All information provided can be kept by Veda Balance indefinitely, depending on necessity, and can provide the ability to provide continued supported.
File sharing services provided by sync.com allows for the safe sharing of personal information and is in compliance with HIPAA. Please see their Privacy Policy here (this link will take you to an external site).
Payment processing is collected through Stripe. Personal information such as your name, credit card information, as well as any and all other transaction data. Please see Stripe’s Privacy Policy for more information.

LiteSpeed Cache
This site utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site.
